International Surgical Week (ISW) 2024 is an in-person only event.
Virtual presentations will not be accepted.

Please ensure you use the official templates and follow the provided guidelines for all presentation materials.

All speakers must check in at the Speaker Preview Room (Room 304) to upload and review their presentations.

Sunday, 25 August 2024 – 15:00 to 18:00 (Note: This session is in Suite 5, KLCC only – NEW)
Monday, 26 August 2024 – 07:00 to 17:00
Tuesday, 27 August 2024 – 06:30 to 17:00
Wednesday, 28 August 2024 – 06:30 to 17:00
Thursday, 29 August 2024 – 06:30 to 15:00

All speakers are required to visit the Speaker Preview Room at least one day before their scheduled session or no later than two hours prior to their presentation.
For sessions scheduled in the early morning, presentations should be submitted the day before.
Final technical checks and content reviews can be completed at the Speaker Preview Room.
Each lecture hall is equipped with a professional technician to manage presentation logistics.
Use of personal laptops is not permitted, unless pre-approved by the technical team and coordinated both in the Speaker Preview Room and at the presentation venue.
To ensure smooth operation, presenters are encouraged to use the laptops provided in each session room.
